Sometimes, when exposed to warmer temperatures, body butters, whipped body scrubs, and balms may melt. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on our melted or damaged products.

If your items have melted, just pop them in the freezer until solid. The container may look half full, but it is due to the air pockets dispersing once melted. Please note that although your product may melt, it still works the same and will provide all of the great benefits listed on your packaging. 

Please ensure to include the correct shipping address and retrieve delivered packages as soon as possible. If you have given us the incorrect address and your product is returned, we will happily ship out your item to the correct address at the cost of the customer.
